Undercover Video Finally Released

In 2016, then-CA Attorney General Kamala Harris seized videos produced by the Center for Medical Progress at the behest of Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood knew these videos* were unflattering at best, and evidence of criminal activity at worst, so they looked to Harris to help them with damage control.  

Thanks to Harris these videos were kept from public view for eight years – but they were finally released on August 6th, 2024 when the original court order expired. 

In 2016 under DA Kamala Harris’s watch, the California Department of Justice raided the home of pro-life journalist David Daleiden. Daleiden, the head of the Center for Medical Progress, had gone undercover at abortion conferences and personal meetings with abortionists. 

Daleiden’s undercover footage exposed Planned Parenthood’s selling of fetal body parts, evidence of performing of illegal partial birth abortions, and refusal to treat infants born alive after failed abortions. 

Instead of investigating evidence of crimes by Planned Parenthood, then-DA Kamala Harris started a legal battle against Daleiden that has now lasted nine years. 

This is not the first time Kamala Harris did not have her priorities straight as an elected official. During her tenure as California DA, she supported an effort to force pro-life pregnancy centers to advertise abortions. Harris was also the first Vice President in history to visit an abortion clinic in person.  

While elected officials like Harris do favors for Planned Parenthood and shake hands with abortionists, preborn children lose their lives to the horror of abortion. America deserves elected officials who stand for life, not the interests of the abortion industry.
