“On Nov. 8th, Wisconsin voted pro-life both up and down the ballot,” stated Heather Weininger, Executive Director of Wisconsin Right to Life. “From our state and congressional pro-life victories to the election of Donald J. Trump, Wisconsin sent a clear message that we do not accept the abortion extremism of the Democratic party.”
Hillary Clinton and the Democrats campaigned on a platform that demanded taxpayer funding for abortion and the destruction of all protective pro-life laws. Donald Trump, Ron Johnson, and other pro-life candidates stood against their pro-abortion extremism, instead pledging to stop funding for abortion providers and continue our efforts to protect unborn children from the pain of abortion.
“With the pro-life victories we have gained, the unborn babies of Wisconsin and America are the true winners,” continued Weininger.
