81 WRTL-PAC Endorsed Candidates Advance to the General Election

“Wisconsin Right to Life extends hearty congratulations to the 81 right-to-life candidates who won their primary elections last night,” stated Chelsea Shields, PAC Director for Wisconsin Right to Life.

Among the winners last night was pro-life champion Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R, Congressional District 1), whose much-anticipated victory was a testament to the strength of his right-to-life record. Another major winner last night was Mike Gallagher (R), running in the 8th Congressional District, whose support for right-to-life legislative measures will make him an excellent successor to retiring Congressman Reid Ribble. Also among the notable winners last night were Dan Feyen (R, State Senate District 18), Patrick Testin (State Senate District 24), and Dan Kapanke (State Senate District 32), whose victories in November will be key to maintaining right-to-life majorities in the Wisconsin State Senate.

“Each and every right-to-life candidate will play a key role in advancing the pro-life cause through legislative means,” continued Shields. “Wisconsin Right to Life, along with its supporters and members, look forward to the victories of all WRTL-PAC endorsed candidates in November.”
